I would have absolutely given a five star for everything but unfortunately the ladies who received guests couldnt have the courtesy of picking up a phone that was in Front of them to call a golf cart for guests. They much rather preferred to chat amongst themselves than assist patrons. Can’t believe that just happened. Their words exactly were ‘ Go do it yourself on the fifth floor. That’s the concierge’s job. That took away the lovely experience I had just had. They could have at least lied that the phone is not working. One more thing, their portions for food should surely be adjustable to guests requests especially if I am asking for a smaller portion of veggies or salad. Not all of us want a plate overflowing with food. Big appetite killer. Gives fast food vibes.
