Excellent service at Fireroom Castle Gate. Our waiter kevin was outstanding – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He recommended the Tiger vs Dragon sushi, and it turned out to be one of the highlights: fresh, well-balanced flavors with a nice mix of textures, will definitely return.
